  I could not have been more pleased with the service and help from this store, and the fact that the store is kosher made it even better! Because I was sending an arrangement to a friend for a shiva, being kosher was an added plus. ALL of the fruit in the arrangement was extremely fresh and simply delicious! The employees were very sweet and catered to everything I wanted and more. If I were to do it all over again I would settle for nothing less but Edible Arrangements Plainview!

  If I could have given zero stars I would have! My experience with this company was absolutely terrible. I ordered a fruit arrangement for my mother to arrive on Tuesday . The delivery man claimed he tried to make the delivery but no one was home which was untrue. I told them to redeliver the arrangement on Wednesday but to make sure that it was fresh. We waited all day and when the fruit finally arrived the fruit was old and dry. When I called to complain to the company they could not have been ruder to me. Please do not use this company!
